We are looking for an Account Executive located in Baltimore to lead sales of our retail software with a proven track record of professionalism, partnership, and the ability to get the job done. Core Responsibilities
- Exceeds sales quota
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Unearth new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present solutions and products to prospective clients
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Negotiate agreements
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting a client to securing a deal
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients to best understand their needs
- Respond to and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Understand and meet the weekly sales standard requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales
- Self-motivated and directed
- Aggressive closer
- Detail oriented and hands-on approach, with the willingness to dive deep into anything
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship building skills
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to influence others and prioritize projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the Start-Up environment and/or Technology sector a plus
