QL2 is a fast-growing organization; thus, we are looking for an Account Executive who is hungry to be part of the growth and support the organization to help get it to the next level.

Core Responsibilities

  • Exceeds sales quota
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Unearth new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present solutions and products to prospective clients
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting a client to securing a deal
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients to best understand their needs
  • Respond to and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s     reputation
  • Understand and meet the weekly sales standard requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Aggressive closer
  • Detail oriented and hands-on approach, with the willingness to dive deep into anything
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship building skills
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to influence others and prioritize projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in the Start-Up environment and/or Technology sector a plus
